What is the best thing about being part of the Volvo Group?
What I find the most interesting is the huge amount of possibilities the Volvo Group offers. There are so many opportunities when you look at your career and what direction you want to go in to continue to challenge and develop yourself.
Additionally,, the work-life balance is also definitely one of the major contributors to why I truly love working for the Volvo Group.
Why would you recommend someone to apply for the Operations Graduate Program?
Working within logistics, it is obvious that we are in an interesting era where new technologies bring new opportunities to improve our distribution centers even further. Therefore, being a logistics engineer today you work both with developing the industries of tomorrow and also the current operations, which is a great balance.
I also chose this program because of the international feeling. Both the graduate program and the Volvo Group, being the large company it is, has a lot of natural diversity. I am constantly working with people from all over the world and the diversity is something I truly appreciate as well.
Looking at your career, the operations graduate program is a great way to enter a company. You get job rotation, meet and work with many people, both executives and operators at the distribution centers and manufacturing sites. It is a head start for sure.
