Moa Lennström is a final-year MSc student in Industrial Ecology at Chalmers University of Technology, currently writing her thesis at Volvo Group Trucks Technology on supply chain resilience for semiconductor raw materials. She is also part of Volvo Group’s PowerUp internship program, focusing on sustainability in Electrics & Electronics hardware.
Beyond her academic and industry experience, Moa is deeply committed to gender equality in STEM. As a former chairwoman of Chalmers Women's Association (CWA), she worked to create inclusive spaces for women and non-binary students at Chalmers while driving conversations on gender diversity. She also served as a mentor in a reverse mentorship program, guiding a senior leader at Volvo Group in discussions on diversity, leadership, and the future of technology.
Passionate about inclusion, Moa has contributed to #tecHer and other initiatives empowering women in STEM. Through her work, she highlights how breaking traditional roles lead to growth, challenges gender norms, and drives meaningful change - empowering women through authenticity, courage, and collaboration.
