For the second consecutive year, Volvo Group, India was honored among the Top 25 Safest Workplaces in India - KelpHR PoSH Awards® 2022. The decision was made following two rounds of assessment by the panel and the administration of an employee survey for all applicants. PoSH legal compliance, best practices, and active interest in the cause of workplace safety were considered in addition to other indices that reflect the organization's culture.

Volvo Group in India participated in the Safe Place to Work (SPTW) survey run by Rainmaker a firm that lives by the motto of creating safer and more ethical workplaces. This gave our women employees the opportunity to anonymously share the degree of safety Volvo Group provides them. The survey had questions covering various aspects of organizational culture that ensure workplace safety. Based on the scores given by our employees through this survey, we have been adjudged as one of the Top 10 Safe Places to Work in India.

The evaluation process required the participating organizations to submit the various initiatives on providing safe and an inclusive work environment for employees.
