Gurra Krantz shares his lessons learned on trust and teamwork from all his different experiences of sailing and running businesses. Gurra had participated in two Americas Cup, three Whitbread Round the World Race, one Volvo Ocean Race, as initiator, sport director and the only Swedish skipper with an overall podium finish in the Volvo Ocean Race 2001-02.
